iTunes Problems

**UPDATE**
Episode 13 is now working in iTunes for all of you iPodders. I made a stupid mistake and forgot to click one button which caused the episode to not update. I have to thank my friend and fellow podcaster (not to mention he is a podcast consultant, wordpress wizard, and recording/podcast equipment salesman) Cliff Ravenscraft for finding my mistake for me. Thanks Cliff. If you are a podcaster or would like to give it a shot check Cliff out at PodcastAnswerMan.com.

Hey everybody,

I am not sure what is going on with iTunes but the show is not showing up in there. I am working to remedy this problem and thank you for your patience. I hope to be able to update you later today and say that you can go back to iTunes and get the show. As an alternative, you can still listen directly from the last post right here on the blog. Have a great day.

Steve

    Steve -
I’ve enjoyed your podcast. I can’t remember which other podcast led me to yours, but I;ve been listening for a few months now. I just recently moved back to Indianapolis, and am amazed at how few motorcycles I see on my commute to work every day. I ride a 2003 Buell Firebolt ever day that I can, even in a light rain. I came from central Iowa, and in my commute I would pass dozens of bikes in a city MUCH smaller than Indianapolis. I was wondering if you had an opinion of that.

That was just a side conversation though. Where are you located in IN? Are there any local events in Indy, or online forums or groups that have a focus on Indiana riding? Thanks. I hope we can meet up sometime. I love meeting other riders. Things like that keep me sane through the winter months.

    Hey Josh,

Thank you for the comment. By the way, the podcast is up on iTunes now for those of you reading this. Simple click of a button that I overlooked that my buddy Cliff Ravenscraft (http://gspn.tv) figured out for me and got us going again. If you are in Indy then we are neighbors as I just live in the burbs south of the airport. We should compare favorite Indiana rides sometime. As far as Indiana focused forums or groups, I know of none on the web other than a few ABATE region groups. If you are not involved with ABATE of Indiana yet I urge you to get joined up. They are the largest and strongest State Motorcycle Rights Organization in the nation.

As far as the amount of riders in Indy, I can’t answer that one. I live and work south of Indy and my daily commute takes me across state roads. I see a few bikes every morning (I ride rain, shine, or cold) but have not had the opportunity to ride rush hour in Indy to see how many riders there are. Sounds like we need to light a fire under some Hoosiers. Thanks again for the comments!

I was a member of IN ABATE quite a while ago, but let me membership fall when I moved out of the state. I’ll have to look into getting that renewed.
I don’t currently have any “favorite” rides. I came from near the Mississippi valley, so the riding was WAY better there than here in northern Indy. I need to do some riding south of Indy, where the roads get better, but haven’t had a chance yet this year.
On a different note, where do you teach MSF classes? My wife is wanting to take the BRC sometime next year, and I could use another stab at the ERC. Tell you what I would realy like to take that Sportbike course that you mentioned in your last show. I’m one of the group that would like to see that course released to the general public.
